Not receiving the test emails sent from preview.

Hello,
 

For some reason I am not receiving any of the test emails I send out of preview . Can someone please help with that.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!  So sorry you are having issues with your test sends. 

 

Are you still having this issue today?  I was able to receive tests of your latest draft this morning.  Have you checked to be sure it is not going into your junk/spam folders? Are any other emails from us coming through?  Is there anything different about this particular campaign from previous campaigns?

 

Let us know and we can look into this further!
