Not secure

My sign-up form shows it is not on a secure page. How can I fix this?

Re: Not secure

Hello @KathleenA.M

Thanks for reaching out in the Community. We're happy to help you with the page security issue you're having with your sign-up form. I'd like to ask you a few questions:

  1. Is this a pop-up sign-up form, inline form, or a landing page where you are seeing the issue?
  2. If this is a pop-up or inline form, what website do you have it installed on?

If you can provide the answers to the above two questions, we are more than happy to look in to the issue you are having and potentially provide some options.

Have a great day!

Re: Not secure

We use a button on our website that when pressed goes to your landing page (see below) and even though the address says https, when it actually goes to that address, Chrome has a red line through https and says not secure. In Firefox it says, not secure - image not secure but the image is on your https website. HELP.

The website the button is posted on is https://www.padesky.com/. The sign up button is a white envelope and is called CT eNotes (at bottom of page).

Re: Not secure

@KathleenA.M

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm sorry you are getting the message at the top of your browser that this page is not secure. Unfortunately this can happen depending on the security program you have downloaded on your computer. If this is a work computer, I would suggest having your IT team check into this for you.

In the meantime, if you have any further questions please feel free to reach out to us here. We are always happy to assist you in any way we can!
