I'm sorry for the issue you are running into. There are certain instances when a background image may not appear. For instance, some email clients like Outlook don't display our background images. So it will often be blank. If you can take a screenshot of what you are seeing and send it to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username, a reference to this post, the name of the campaign, and any other information we will happily take care of it for you.
