I am currently having issues making payment with my card. At the same i want to call the attention of the company to the fact that I was debited twice for my January subscription. Secondly i opted for a per month subscription and not a subscription. I will appreciate if all these are sorted out.

Because we try to help maintain our users' account security we wouldn't be able to go into your billing information in the Community.
