I am currently having issues making payment with my card. At the same i want to call the attention of the company to the fact that I was debited twice for my January subscription. Secondly i opted for a per month subscription and not a subscription. I will appreciate if all these are sorted out.
I apologize for any confusion there may be with the payments on your account. This is something our Billing Support can definitely take a look into for you and help answer any questions you may have. Because we try to help maintain our users' account security we wouldn't be able to go into your billing information in the Community. Instead we ask that you call into our Billing Support at the numbers and hours listed here.
