Occasional Visitor


I made changes to my e-mail ---to send it again -- and it said I can not save the changes because of PARSING.... what is that? I have been doing the changes the same way from the time I started

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I apologize for the parsing error you're receiving in your email! This particular error can occur for a few reasons, generally caused by errors in the HTML coding of the block. Have you copied and pasted HTML code or text from an outside source? If you are pasting text in, it's likely a character or series of characters causing this error. Workarounds we suggest are removing this problematic formatting before pasting into your email, pasting without styles, or clearing the text styles after it has been added into your email. However, I took a look at your account and can see all of your most recent emails were successfully sent to your contacts. Are you still receiving this error message?
