Hello, We can't payment with our current credit card. We use the same card on another platrforms with no problem. However constact contact shows error with no any additional information. Could you please let us know what is the probelm exactly with our credit card ? Thank you
Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Are you trying to update the credit card on file? I took a peek at your account and can see no error message asking to update this card. However for your account security I am unable to go into your billing details here in the Community.
