People from my company are not receiving emails - I'm worried about our bounce rate

Our company has decided to make the switch to Constant Contact. We changed our 'from' name to marketing@--companyname--.com. I started by doing some simple test emails to see if my coworkers would receive the emails coming from this new from name, assuming that if they were able to receive emails from our marketing dept. they could receive emails from that address. NOBODY received it. My reports show the test email bounced for all of my coworkers and now my bounce rate is 67%.

Anyone else have a similar experience?

Re: People from my company are not receiving emails - I'm worried about our bounce rate

Hey there @GlobalP2

I'm sorry to hear this is happening! I would definitely feel worried as well if this was happening to me, however, rest assured there is nothing to be worried about here!

It looks like you may just need to Whitelist Constant Contact as a safe sender in your email program. This could just be the result of email settings deferring or blocking the new sending address.

After following the steps outlined in the article please try to send a test of your email again, if you are still experiencing difficulties receiving the email it may be best for you to contact an Account Review and Deliverability specialist. They are our experts in determining what could be the cause of these bounces.

Please let us know if there's anything else we can assist you with, we are always happy to help.
