I have a list of 20 or so people who never want to be emailed from us at all. The offending email was not sent via Constant Contact, but straight from someone's computer. Is there a way to put these into Constant Contact to insure that they will never inadvertantly get anything from us if I upload a list?
Thank you for reaching out to the Constant Contact Community. It's my pleasure to assist you today.
That's a great question and yes! You can add them automatically to the unsubscribe list by enabling advanced email permissions. This will add the contacts directly to the unsubscribe list and you won't be able to email them. Please feel free to reach out if you have further questions.
Thank you for choosing Constant Contact. Have a great day!
