Is there a way to permanently block a disgruntled former employee from adding themselves back to the public newsletter list? I'm not getting notification when they add themselves after I delete them, I guess because they are not a 'new contact'.
That's a great question. Unfortunately, our system does not have a way to block someone from signing up for a newsletter after you've removed them. If you'd like to submit that as an idea in our Feedback Area so that other users have an opportunity to add their thoughts and vote on the idea please do.
