Picture not showing in emails

I have been using constant contact for many many years. Recently, when I upload a photo into an email - it won't show correctly. See picture below. Logos I upload last year come up but logo or pictures I upload in the last month - are not showing up in email.

Re: Picture not showing in emails

Hi @PeggyD9

Thank you for reaching out to the Community about your email! I have taken a look at your account and can see you've also reached out to our Chat Support about this as well. In fact, our support suggested whitelisting Constant Contact. Have you tried whitelisting? Did this make a difference in how the images are appearing in your email client?

I have the same problem.  Old pictures are showing up in Apple Mail, but new pictures are not showing up. This is a big problems!  They do show up on Web-Gmail.  Apple Mail used to work, but something changed  just for new pictures!

Hello @KingwoodWC,

I apologize that you are having the same experience! I do recommend white listing Constant Contact and that should fix your issue.
