I am sorry to hear that this is happening. Do you have the ability to test a different browser at all? Or can you try your browser without add-ons. It looks like you might be using Chrome, so this can be done by pressing CTRL (Command if on a Mac) + Shift + N or clicking the 3 dashes and choosing New Incognito Window. Let us know if either of these two steps helps with the performance of the account.
