I created a pop up form and added it to the footer.php file in Wordpress,
When I do this and try to access the site I don't get the form popping up , I get a small recaptcha in the bottom left corner...and you can't do anything because it's too small. You can't even see all the text.
Website with the issue is
I just created another pop up form from another constant contact account and it doesn't do this, the form actually pops
I can't figure this out, there is nothing in the form about recaptcha
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I apologize for the experience you've had with your sign-up form. After visiting both pages you’ve provided, I can see you were able to Activate and Install both sign-up forms. It seems as if your sign-up forms popped up in two different places. The first page you listed has the sign-up form pop up lower on the page. While your form pops up at the top of the second page. I was able to see both sign-up forms, on both pages, in more than one browser. Click Here form some more information on installing those signup forms.
Have a good one!
Maybe I wasn't clear but I double checked everything. The link you gave me was for an inline form but it's not an inline form. It's a pop-up form.
Both forms were created as a pop up and then the code was placed in the footer.php file in the same spot on both websites.
But only one website is working correctly.
Hello @UrsulaW48. I found the website that your pop-up is hosted on and I did see the form appear when I scrolled further down on your page. Was any of this code edited or taken out before it was added to your webpage? I would suggest reaching out to your website builder or web designer who would more familiar with the particular design of your website.
