I tried multiple times, it gives me a little attention sign saying: error posting

I am sorry to hear this is happening! 


Has the Social Share feature worked for you previously? What social media account is affected? 


If it worked in the past and this is a new issue, try disconnecting your social media account while in the Social Share window. You can disconnect your accounts by clicking on "Manage Channels" in the Social Accounts dropdown.


After it is disconnected you can reconnect them.

f this does not correct it I encourage you to send us an email at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username, the name of the campaign you are experiencing this issue with, and a reference to this post. We will investigate for you and figure out what is going on.
