Preview Feature to Resolve padding, spacing issues in different computer and e-mail systems

Since the beginning of Constant Contact and multiple computer system i.e. (Apple, Microsoft) and the beginning of multiple e-mail platforms/apps (Outlook, Yahoo, Google, etc.).  Constant Contact layouts do not remain stable once sent.  Photos, wraps, paragraphs, etc. blow out of their lines when received through various apps.  How can I first, see what my layout will look like in the various systems/platforms?  How do I resolve the problem so that the layout looks correct for the various platforms/apps?

I can send screen shots, etc. to illustrate the issues.

Thank you for bringing your query to the Community! Unfortunately, the above about formatting issues is a true statement, due to the fact that at its nature, Email is a dynamic document. Certain styles and elements are just interpreted differently depending upon the email client used to receive it. Because of this, we highly recommend using our Preview feature to send out test emails to different platforms, such as your mobile device or your own inboxes. That way, you've got it covered on a few of the more popular platforms (Outlook, Gmail, iPhone/Android). Here is an FAQ that will show you the most common display issues in specific email clients, so you'll know how to avoid those pitfalls, too!

There are limits on how many tests can be sent, so we have had problems trying in various email clients. Is there any plan to extend this? I don't know what the limits are but we have run up against them at various times.

Thank you for reaching out to us through the Community. There are indeed limits to how many test emails you can send to non-verified addresses. This is to ensure that there is no abuse done to our test-sending system. The limit that you can send an email campaign as a test to a non-verified email address is 50 times in a 24 hour period. However, you can send unlimited amounts of email campaign tests to verified email addresses within the account. If you run into this error message because you have exceeded the amount of test emails you can send, then we suggest that you put the email addresses you need to send to in a list and do a live send of the email campaign to that list for more review to be done or corrections.
