I have tried for days to send previews to myself and others since Thursday, and they have not been received. I sent a draft of December 2018 Friends to myself today and have not received. Is there an outage with with Constant Contact or is it our email? Very best, Paulette
Spam:Check your inbox's spam folder. If you find your test email in the spam folder, then it will most likely be picked up by your contacts' filters as well. Trychecking your spam scoreto resolve the issue before sending again.
If this doesn't work, please send us an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username, the name of the email you are testing, a reference to this post, as well as the email addresses you are attempting to send to and we can look into this for you.
