I did take a look at your account, and the good news is I was able to successfully send and receive some tests. Deliverability issues within test emails can have quite a few different causes. The most common cause though is that the test is simply being sent to a spam, junk, or promotions folder. I would try sending a test to a wider variety of emails outside of your business, as well as checking all of your mail folders in case the test was put somewhere other than your inbox.
