Why did our cost go up $6! a month? We received no notice. We use only the basic plan. We are a church run solely on member tithes and we provide a host of services to our community, the less fortunate and the homeless.
I apologize for any confusion this pricing increase may have caused. I can understand how important it is to understand the charges on your account. However for your account security we are unable to go into your billing details here in the Community. Our Billing Support on the other hand is available by phone and can help answer any questions you may have.
