It is ridiculous that you are raising prices in June by $30.00 per month when your site barely works and is so beyond slow that it take twice as long to schedule emails! I have been working on scheduling an email for Mother's Day for almost 30 minutes... for a company that is all about email marketing I would think you would want your site to work.... it is always slow. I am shopping around for another email marketing company to use.

As for the slowness of the site, I'm very sorry that's been your experience! Have you tried using another internet browser than the one you normally work in? Sometimes internet browsers can become slow, and require a bit of troubleshooting to get back up to working speed. Here is an FAQ that will help you troubleshoot slowness on the site.
