Re: Printing a CC Newsletter

I assume that you do the CC version first, and then copy & paste each article into a pre-formatted publisher document?

Re: Printing a CC Newsletter

The order really isn't as important as the copy I receive from the client.

I can get that in a word file or a simple email.  But in any case we start with a template suitable for each application.

Re: Printing a CC Newsletter

UPDATED: July 2018

You can currently only print an email campaign once it has sent. You can download a sent email as a PDF, JPG, or PNG file to print out and use as a flier. We suggest following these steps:

  1. Click Campaigns.
  2. Click Sent to narrow your search.
  3. Click on the name of the sent email you want to download.
  4. Select More > Print.
  5. Select the file type you want to download.
  6. (Optional) Customize the size and scale of your file. You even have the option to print PDFs in grayscale to save ink.
  7. Click Download. Depending on your browser, you'll either be asked to save the file, or it will automatically save into your Downloads folder.

Once you've saved your file you can print it out to create your flier or paper newsletter. Your browser and printer settings may affect how your email campaign displays on the printed page. Always take a look at the print preview so you can catch alignment issues and adjust your print settings before you waste the ink and paper.
