Hi, I tried to update my card by when I click on submit it doesn't work (waiting more than 10mn), idem if I select Paypal payment, I click on Next and nothing happens. Can you fix it please and let me know so I can update my payment details? Best regards, Matthieu
Hello @MatthieuC. I believe that you messaged us on Twitter this morning about not being able to update your credit card. It sounds like you might be experiencing a browser issue when updating your information. Did you try closing your browser and reopening it or even using a different browser? If you still have trouble updating your credit card, our Billing department would be able to assist you. Here is a link to their numbers and hours.
