Quit closing my account

Hello,

I'd really like to have a Constant Contact account, but I keep having it closed. Isn't there a human somewhere in the company who knows how to help me open my account? I worked on reopening it because  someone accidentally closed it. I spent four hours talking to people on March 17 and 18. Now it's closed again. 

Could someone arrange to call me and let me know how to have an account and keep it. I'm afraid to open a new a new one because I don't want to lose all the contacts I've added. Maybe I've already lost them because I can't open my account.

This experience has been a nightmare! Posting here in the community isn't helping me. This little box is just giving me a chance to vent.

Thank you for reaching out to the community. I understand how important it is to be able to use your account as easily as you should. I apologize this has not been the case for you. In fact after looking into this experience further, I am able to see this is being done by Bluehost. It seems Bluehost is closing your account as your  billing is being processed this company. I would suggest reaching out to Bluehost directly for further assistance.
