Second complaint today: when I tried to send my first complaint, I was notified after I finished writing it that I "do not have
sufficient privileges" to submit a complaint. What would it take?
I'm sorry about the issue you experienced. The notification you received typically comes up if you're not logged in to the Community when trying to post. Was this the post you received the message on? If you could share some more information on how you got to the Community page (for example: went directly to the site or navigated to the Community after logging in to your account) it would help us understand why the system might have given the error.

This was my fault. I'm sorry I was snarky. I don't know why I got a message saying my six month trial period
was over, but it wasn't true, so it confused me and when I tried to get onto my own site I couldn't. It was frustrating. It's resolved
now. Thank you.
