Thank you for coming to the community! I'm sorry about the difficulty you've had finding our templates, there are quite a few for you to choose from. Just click the 'create' button in the corner of the page when you first log in, choose 'email' from the pop-up menu, and then you should be able to see any of our standard templates. You can find a walkthrough here with screenshots to make finding those easier as well.
Printing the campaign after you've sent it is also something that we can assist with, though as an email marketing company, the majority of the system's previews and design processes are focused on email display, not how it will look on a paper print-out. Instructions for printing a sent campaign can be found here. I hope that helps!
