Re-Run a special

How about setting the system so I can do a re-run of an e.mail?  Sending only to those new e.mails is of no value to me. 

But I do re-run each e.mail and then I need to copy and put in a new heading.

I hope I see a change . .

I appreciate you leaving that feedback on the Community!

 

When you mention that you want to re-run a special, do you want to resend it to all of the contacts on the original list or would you just want to resend it to folks who did not open the first time?

 

If it's the former; making a copy of the email and scheduling the copy to the same list is the best way to pull that off. This option allows you to make changes to the content of the email as well to ensure folks are not receiving the same exact email more than once.

 

If it's the latter then I want to let you know that we have a new feature to automate re-sends to folks who have not opened. You can choose a date and time after the original email was sent to have the same email sent just to the people who did not open the first email. This feature is available on our Email Plus plan. Thank you for reaching back out to us. I'm sorry to hear that these steps have not assisted with your process. Your feedback has been submitted for review. I can definitely understand how being able to re-send your email to the same group with not having to make another copy is useful. We are always working hard to improve your experience with our system. In the meantime, making a copy of the email and giving it another title is the way to go. Once more I want to apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing.
