Every time I send out my monthly email for my business, it says that there is "medium risk" for spam check and "HTML has a low ratio of text to image area". I have separate constant contact email templates for each magazine issue that I send. The Business Magazine and Home Magazine emails are almost identical, but yet the Home Magazine always says "medium risk" while Business says "Little or No Risk". How can I fix this? I don't see any major differences between the two.
I am sorry to hear that your email is triggering the spam check. I am not too why one of these emails is triggering this warning while the other is not. I have passed this along to our upper level technical support team. They are going to look further into this issue and follow up with you in a couple days. In the meantime, if this email is indeed going into spam when you send it, I would highly suggest reaching out to our review and deliverability team. Click Here for their contact information.
Thank you for using Constant Contact, have a great day!
