When it comes to connectivity, sometimes trying a new browser will help, but it sounds like you've done this without luck. I have some clarifying questions that might help troubleshoot this further. Could you please reply to this post with the following information:
1. Are you working on a laptop or desktop computer? 2. Are you hard wired into your internet, or on WiFi? Is it a work or a private/home network? 3. In your browser of choice, could you please load your internet speed and reply with the download and upload speeds, as well as ping?
