When you cancel your account all discounts that had been applied are forfeited; however, you are welcome to prepay for the Constant Contact service and receive a discount for paying in advance. You will be given the option to prepay for 6 or 12 months. You are welcome to call our billing department to discuss pricing options in depth if you would like.
