Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I apologize this is the experience you had with creating your newsletter. Would you be able to tell us or send us a screenshot of the message you are getting? Also, have you tried working in a different browser or a private/incognito window? Testing a different browser or a private/incognito window can help to see if this message is caused by something in your account or your browser. You can reply to this post with your screenshot and answers. You can also email this to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username and a reference to this post.
