Due to this upgrade, we will be limited to Chat support only on Saturday from 10-8 pm ET.

Thanks for posting. I am sorry for any frustration. Constant Contact does not offer refunds for previous months but if you would like to see if there are any options available for the account moving forward please give our billing team a call. Here is a link to their contact information.
