Removing a contact from a scheduled campaign

If an email is already scheduled but I need to remove a contact, can I simply remove the campaign from the contact's profile? Or, do I have to unschedule the campaign and manually remove the contact?

Hello @LeighS934 ,

You can simply go to the list you scheduled your campaign to send to and take that contact off the list. This will ensure that contact will not receive the email. Just remember if you would ever like them back on the list you will have to manually add them after the campaign is sent.
