Reporting

Your numbers on the reporting page do not match what actually happened on my last campaign. How do I update the reporting? Used to be so very, very easy. Now it has changed.????

Hello @SARA_MEEKS_SEMINARS. I looked into your account and do see an email that was sent recently. When you say that the numbers do not match, could you give me an example of where this is happening in your reporting? If you could take any screenshots as well, we'd greatly appreciate that so we can continue to assist you.

Hi, I know I'm not the original poster, but this is an ongoing issue dating back several years, and it annoys the heck out of me, too.

Here are two screenshots of the information based on clicking My Campaigns and then the specific campaign, and two PDFs of what was available via the reporting option.  Note especially that the open numbers are different.  These were taken/printed within seconds of each other, and are for a campaign that is over a week old so it is highly unlikely that the numbers changed in such a short time. I noted also that the downloaded .csv version of the report has the same numbers as the pdf reports.f_banks_11-30 from my campaigns.jpg

I'm sorry about the inconsistencies between the open rates in your reporting. I have notified our upper level support and they are taking a deeper look into the issue. They will be contacting you within the next 4 business days with any additional information they have. They will reach out to you using the contact email on your account.
