I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. I was able to replicate what you described so I reached out to my upper level of support and they were able to diagnose the problem. It's a rare issue caused by "special characters" in the names of some of your email lists. They were able to identify the special character, specifically the "~" symbol and changed it to "-." After logging out and logging back in, I was able to load the "Resend" page without issue. Please let us know if you still experience a blank white page when trying to resend and we can investigate further, but the issue appears to be resolved.
