I sent the resubscribe email to a user at their request. They never received it. Is there a way to resend the email?
If it's not allowing you to resend the email I would recommend grabbing your Sign-Up Form URL and emailing that to the contact outside of our system. They should be able to use that link without issue and be re-subscribed to your list. To find that please go to List Growth Tools>Sign-Up Form then click on the Actions drop down menu. You'll see the option for the URL and just copy that. I hope that helps!
