I'm sorry you are having an issue getting the results of your campaign and instead are receiving an error message. In order to troubleshoot this issue further I will need additional information. Can you please email social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username, the action you are trying to take, the name of the campaign you are trying to view, the exact error message displayed along with a screenshot if possible and a reference to this post and we will do further investigation.
