I want to know why in my OUTLOOK email graphics are stripped off and sent to spam? Google does not- PS IT is not my settings.

Thank you for bringing this to the attention of the Community. I'm sorry to hear this is happening. We definitely want to make sure your emails get in the inbox. We will need a little more information to investigate, though. If you could email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with the following:


1) Your username.

2) The name of the campaign you are experiencing this issue with.

3) The version of Outlook you are using.

4) A reference to this post.


This information will provide us with a good structure to look deeper at the issue and hopefully come to a resolution.
