I am writing from Nairobi Kenya. We have several other CC accounts. This new version of the site is SUPER SLOW and SUPER FRUSTRATING. Kindly check if there is any server issue. I believe we are being served by EU West server. I will lose clients if this continues. Have emailed customer support - no response yet. Have tried several internet connections, several browsers and several devcices. NO LUCK
I'm sorry to hear that you're having connectivity difficulty within your account. I see that you called in a few hours after you posted here and were going to try to use Chrome and see if that resolved the slowness.
