We have 3 different locations and normally when we send out surveys and emails we create different email invitations to to ensure that we can see their responses separately. My coworker sent out our most recent survey with all three locations in the same invitation so now all of the responses are mixed together. Is there any way to sort the responses?
Hello @Brianna! Once the survey invitation is sent out, we are not able to include which list a contact belongs to in the survey reporting. When you have completed or closed the survey, you can add a new column to the report to manually insert which list the contact belongs to. This would be a manual process as we cannot bring over this information into the reporting.
