Logged in to use the organization's credit card. you billed the original CC without any indication that was about to happen. Even trying to backspace in the message window threw me out into a previous page. **bleep** that was weird. Someone needs to call me. Dale Martin
We're very sorry this happened! Please contact Billing Support directly to inquire about the billing for your account, and for assistance with changing the credit card on file. They are available Monday - Friday, 7am - 9pm ET.
As far as a message window can you be more specific as to what page you were on in your account? (A screenshot would be very helpful!) We'd like to help troubleshoot why backspacing took you to a different page altogether. Thanks!
