We do apologize for the fraudulent sign-ups you're experiencing. Please know that when email addresses are automatically added to your account, we check to see if they’re suspicious. Any email address suspected as being fake is placed directly into the Temporary Hold - Do Not Email status. In addition, we offer different ways to prevent fake sign-ups depending upon the sign-up form you're utilizing. Consequently you'll want to keep an eye out for any unexpected behavior which it sounds as though you're already doing! Please do let us know if you need further help identifying or removing these false emails from your contact list as we're here to help.
