Site crashes

I've had a very frustrating day with the Constant Contact site constant-ly crashing with the "oops" message.
What's going on!

I have not been able to compete a task!

Hello @SHNativity! We do apologize you’ve been experiencing these issues and we definitely want you to be able to use our entire site.  I have a few questions to hopefully boil down what could be happening. 1) What web browser are you using and have you tried to use any other web browsers? 2) What page were you on when you received the error message? 3) What task were you trying to accomplish when you received the error message? 4) Have you been having trouble accessing other websites as well? This information can help us determine what steps we will need to take next. We also have a great article going over a few basic troubleshooting suggestions here that may also be of assistance.
