It is Saturday April 8th and I have been having important issues with the site performance. Every time that I try to search or do something, it takes several seconds to response. I have tried already different computers and I get the same results. Please help.
Hello @CeciliaP73. I apologize for the issues you were experiencing yesterday with our site. We did not have any reports of site issues. I'd like to ask a few questions:
Were you working on a wired or wireless connection?
Were you working at home or at an office?
Did you test your internet speed? For the best experience, Constant Contact works best with an upload and download speed of 2 mbps.
If you could get us this information, it would be very helpful!
