I would be happy to help you troubleshoot this further. When you are trying to access your survey results are you using the Toolkit app or are you using the browser on your smartphone? If you are using your browser can you tell us whether you are on an iPhone, Android or Windows phone please (and if you have the version too)? Also, what is happening when you are trying to view these results, do you get an error or does the page not load?
Once we have some more information we can test further to help resolve this issue for you.
