I've been scheduling newsletters to go out to various lists and then also Twitter, LinkedIn and a couple of Facebook pages. For some reason the Facebook page ones are not sharing all of a sudden. When I look at the page it just has a little red exclamation point with Error Posting next to it. Not any clue as to what the error is! Twitter and LinkedIn still work fine, I haven't changed any settings or passwords on Facebook. Can anyone give me an idea of how to fix this please.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues posting your emails to that social media site. In this case I am going to suggest disconnecting that social media site then reconnecting it to see if that resolves the issue. Click Here for instructions on disconnecting. Thanks so much for your response, Evan. I will try that. I don't have another mail-out going out until 26th so will see if that fixes the problem then.
For some reason it hasn't picked up the newly connected FB accounts so didn't send out. I've reconnected and will see what happens with the next mail out!

I'm having the same problem. Facebook wont share anymore. I've tried disconnecting and connecting and it just sends an error. on my main page. I did notice it says facebook will only connect to business accounts. Is that the problem? My business pages are linked to my personal page. Why did this change suddently it worked good before. I just posted it manually for now.
Hi @KathyH74. You are correct. Our Social Share feature will connect to Facebook business pages only. In order to do this, you will need to have administrative access to the business page that you wish to connect. Have you been able to successfully connect your business page since posting here?

This really damages the functionality of Constant Contact for me. Is there a workaround that would allow my Constant Contact email to be printed to a format that Facebook would accept for personal pages????
