Saw your note about some customer emails not sending. Wanted to report that my Holiday Greetings email sent 12/24 was not received by all recipients. What/all I know is that the tests would not send (or be received by, not sure which) to my county email address - , but were sending to/receiving by my personal email - yahoo account. When I decided to send the eblast anyway on the 24th, I received it in my yahoo account, but not my county account. Others in my office reported the same. However, when I sent a First Hike eblast on 12/28, all appeared to be working fine. Just wanted to inform you, in the event this has anything to do with this issue you are researching currently, and in the hopes it does not happen again.
Thanks for providing us with that information. They appear to be separate issues at this time. However, if you do run in to the issue again, you may want to have your IT team Whitelist Constant Contact so that our emails can go through to your county email addresses.

I am having the same problem this week. I sent 60 residents their spring newsletter, and 10 have told me that they did not receive it. Any solutions?
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I apologize that you are having the same issue. Have you asked those 10 contacts to check their spam or promotions tab? That could possibly be where your email landed. If your email is not in either of those two places, you may need to contact our Deliverability team with those 10 email addresses for more assistance. You may also want to check your bounce report to see if those email addresses bounced back. Thank you!
