Spam Hits

We are very careful on cultivating our email lists; However, we consistently get a single spam hit. Are Spam emails removed automatically? How can we remove the email if we can't see who is saying we are spamming them? We most certainly do not want to send unwanted emails to anyone and would like to remove folks from our list who think we are spamming them. Thank you for your attention.

Thank you so much for your question!  When a contact marks your email as Spam, we automatically move them to your Unsubscribes. You do not need to do anything, we take care of it for you so you don't need to worry!  Once a contact is on Unsubscribes, they can only re-add themselves back so if their email address is in a file that you import, we won't import them into a list.
