Spam Mails

Some of our clients have been complaining about our email campaigns ending up in their spam boxes. Is there a way to check on Constant Contact when an email goes to a recipient's spam box? That will help us in resending emails effectively.

We actually do not have a way of knowing what folder an email goes to within an email client, including the spam folder. That's why it's so important to test your emails before sending them out. If your email is going to spam when you test it in your inboxes, it probably will for your customers as well. There's also a great tool out that will score your email on the likelihood of it ending up in spam.
