Spam Notation

Hello: I'm wondering if there is any way to find out the email addresses of those who flagged an email campaign as spam. I totally understand why Constant Contact does not make public the addresses of those who do this. My problem is, even though these addresses will be deleted from future Constant Contact campaigns, those addresses still exist in my own personal database, which I use for importing into Constant Contact. So my own database will still have these addresses in it and I'd like to remove them. Any suggestions?

Re: Spam Notation

Hi @BrianL8303,

That is a very good question. My best suggestion to update your personal database is to export the unsubscribed contact list, that way you will have an Excel file of all those contacts who have unsubscribed from your Constant Contact emails. Here is a screenshot which will help you generate that Excel file:UnsubscribeExport.png
