Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Typically when a contact is not saved after clicking the blue "Save" button on the contact details page this means that a piece of information is missing from this page.
You are required to include an email address and email list for every contact added to your account. If you are missing either piece of information the contact will not save. If these pieces of information are included and the contact will not save I suggest restarting your web browser (close the browser including ANY open tabs for other web pages) and try to add the contact again.
If the steps above do not work try an alternative web browser. Sometimes and extension or update is the cause of this kind of issue.

Today I tried saving a contact. I have been using Constant Contact for years so I know what I need to do. I put in first name, last name, email address and the email list. i hit the blue save button and I see the wheel go around for about 3 seconds, but it doesn't save and does not give me any messages. I am on a PC, Windows 10, using Chrome. I even cleared out the cache, restarted my computer - nothing.

Did any pop-ups appear over the save button before it came unresponsive? As a good troubleshooting step, I also would suggest testing in a different browser or a private/incognito window.
