I just took over Email Marketing responsibilities at a Chamber of Commerce.
I am running into a problem where a lot of our very active members have unsubscribed from our lists, mostly because we used to spam them with all kinds of sponsored information.
I am looking into methods I can use to give those that unsubscribed a way to opt back in, I am looking at 800+ recipients. What would be the best tool I can use to give them an opportunity to opt back in?
That's a great question! I can definitely understand how helpful it would be to resubscribe contacts in bulk. Because you only want to resubscribe contacts who've asked to be resubscribed, I apologize there is not currently a feature that allows this. You can however start the resubscribe process in your account or through a sign-up form embedded on your website.
