I need a new start up appointment, the last one did not work!

I am having trouble identifying what kind of appointment you are requesting. I do see that you last spoke with our Account Review department. If you would like to speak with this team, please give them a call as support does not schedule appointment times with this department. See their availability and phone number here.

I am sorry to see you go, but I understand why. We do ask that you call and speak with our Billing department in order to cancel your account. It should only take a few minutes of your time and they will not pressure you to stay. Please click here for their hours and contact information.
